Course Description:
This comprehensive 2-day workshop is designed for massage therapists looking to enhance their practice by incorporating spa enhancements and spa treatments into a dry room setting. Participants will learn to formulate their own holistic spa products, incorporate various spa treatments, and understand the therapeutic benefits of enhancements like dry brushing, hot and cold stone therapy, aromatherapies, body wraps for detox, cellulite and hydration, body scrubs, facial techniques for facelifting massage treatments, and more.
The course will blend theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on application and experience, giving attendees the skills and confidence to introduce these enhancements and spa treatments into their massage practices.
This class does include make/take products. I will supply the products and ingredients needed for the holistic scrubs, wraps, and facial products and more. You will keep what you make. You will need to provide your own towels, and an email with those details will be sent to you after enrollment.
You may reserve your seat in class with a deposit. Balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to class start. Registration will cut off October 10 if there are not enough enrollments.
Refund policy:
• Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel 30 days prior to class, you may transfer your deposit to another class.
• If you cancel less than 30 days prior to class, you forfeit all money paid.
• If there are not enough students enrolled 2 weeks prior to the class, class will be cancelled and all deposits will be refunded.

This 3-hour continuing education course provides an in-depth overview of the Alabama Massage Therapy Administrative Code. NCBTMB approved course # CE4024522
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the purpose and structure of the nine chapters governing massage therapy practice in Alabama.
The course covers the process of how massage legislation works, rulemaking, including emergency rule procedures, and offers insight into the organization and mission of the Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board. Through practical learning, attendees will develop the skills to interpret and apply key administrative rules to maintain compliance and uphold professional standards.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Describe the structure and mission of the Alabama Massage Therapy Licensing Board.
• Explain how administrative rules are created, including emergency rules.
• Identify the purpose and structure of each of the chapters in the Alabama Administrative Code for Massage Therapy.
• Apply key code provisions to realistic scenarios, including their own practice or establishments, to ensure compliance.

This 12-hour continuing education course is designed for massage therapists seeking to enhance their skills in prenatal massage. The course covers the physiological and emotional changes during pregnancy, benefits of prenatal massage, safety precautions, specific techniques, and ethical considerations for all trimesters of pregnancy.
Additionally, participants will learn about integrating aromatherapy into prenatal massage.
The course includes lectures, demonstrations, and supervised practice sessions.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Anatomical and Physiological Understanding of Pregnancy - Comprehend the anatomical and physiological changes occurring throughout the three trimesters of pregnancy. - Explain the impact of these changes on the systems in the body.
2. Benefits and Contraindications - Identify the benefits of prenatal massage for the mother and baby. - Recognize contraindications and precautions necessary for safely administering prenatal massage during each trimester.
3. Prenatal Massage Techniques - Master specific prenatal massage techniques tailored to each stage of pregnancy. - Demonstrate proficiency in techniques that alleviate common pregnancy-related discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and stress.
4. Client Positioning and Draping - Develop skills in proper positioning and draping techniques to ensure comfort and safety for pregnant clients. - Understand the use of supportive props and pillows during massage sessions.

Course Description:
Students will learn foundational techniques necessary for administering a full body Thai Massage on the mat for client supine, prone and seated positions. Rhythmic compression, acupressure, passive joint movement and stretches are applied to the feet, legs, arms, back, shoulders and head using the practitioner’s hands, feet and entire body.
This course also covers the history and philosophy of Thai Massage including the wai khru ceremony and sen energy lines while maintaining a strong focus on the hands-on learning experience.
Thai Massage Mat Sequence A and Thai Massage Mat Sequence B are complementary courses presented by Elevate Massage Training and can be taken at any time and in any order. Both courses are beginner-friendly and provide clear instruction for LMTs who wish to offer clothed, mat-based bodywork in their practice. 24CE
